Refund Policy:

For any online or offline payment or add balance taken by customers we are unable to refund amount as it is serviceable amount , customer must consume that amount by using any services provided by us in website or mobile application. We are unable to refund any amount which is unauthorised payment. But any service amount of unsuccessful service is always refundable though it may take some times to refund to customers’ wallet. But it is sure any unsuccessful payment of our service is refundable within 7 days to 10 days.

Terms and Condition:

Commission, Cash back or Incentive, payment related issue depends only to Super and Distributors. For any dispute subjects of service customer or merchant must complain to our online complain site box. To get refund lock amount merchant must send an application, company will deactivate the merchant account and refund the principal amount within one year of application. Terms and condition may change at the situation of market value giving information to our customers. Company may terminate any merchant wallet account for violating the company terms and condition.
